Our Café Cubano is an homage to the culture and distinct flavor from Martin Mayorga’s childhood, which was spent with his father and Cuban immigrants who moved to Miami. He still appreciates it to this day and the brings him back memories of his father and others who fled their governments to find freedom in the United States.  This profile is achieved through the specific coffees used and the roast process which are applied to achieve a distinct rich, smoky flavor with a smooth finish.
